Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been delivered. However, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase.

If something isn't working, a file seems incorrect, or you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days at apliette@hotmail.com and we'll make it right — including a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund: Email us with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
• Template links and downloads will be deactivated once a refund is issued
